Primarily for industry veterans seeking to sharpen their skills, this Level Two program delivers advanced training in the art of designing and selling kitchens. The Kitchen Design & Sales – Level One class is recommended as a prerequisite for those new to the industry or currently holding Design Assistant positions.

Sharpening The Saw

Veteran sales/design professionals fall into a non-productive rut for any number of reasons. It could be because of changes in their personal lives, external factors like the pandemic where they see fewer prospects in the comfort of the company showroom, the inability to conduct virtual consultations effectively, or getting stale in designing exciting projects. What’s key is getting these veterans into a different setting so they can sharpen their saw, pick up a few new techniques, maybe even aha moment, and start producing solid sales months again.

A Selling System That Works

It’s true that it’s generally difficult to teach old dogs new tricks. But if a selling system is so compelling that has proven to be successful — regardless whether the market is affluent or blue collar, rural or urban — there’s an excellent chance for adoption and real change. Even an old dog can appreciate the opportunity of making a lot more money in a lot less time.
